Warranty

All Boksa bikes are covered by a 12 month warranty period from the date of purchase for the parts, and 6 months for the battery, to the original retail purchaser. The product will be covered by warranty if found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship and has only been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions under normal use and reasonable care, not including wear and tear. Warranty does not cover damages or fault due to misuse. Product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Disclaimer

All bikes come with a 25km\h speed restriction, removal of this restriction is at your own risk and you accept full responsibility, and any speed above this limit is for use on private roads only.

By your use of our bikes, you hereby assume all risks and dangers and all

responsibility for any losses and/or damages.
